All information you provide is stored on secure servers behind firewalls, and transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. FireMon uses identifiable Personal Data as Personal Data where needed for account access, contract administration, account administration, license administration, software downloads, license key management, trouble-ticket intake, customer support interactions, and Support Services.

By contrast, where FireMon processes Cloud Services Telemetry Data, Telemetry Data or KPI Data, FireMon does not use that data to identify, track, profile, monitor, target, retrieve, or report on individuals or IP addresses, except as necessary for service operation, security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or as otherwise described in the FireMon Product and Services Privacy Notice.

FireMon retains confidential information from the Websites only for as long as it is needed to fulfill the business purposes for which it was collected or otherwise provided. Once the information is no longer required for those purposes, FireMon securely deletes, anonymizes, or otherwise disposes of it in accordance with our data-handling practices and applicable legal requirements.
